Refund Terms
Refunds, withdrawal rights, chargebacks, payment disputes, and refund request timing are governed by Paddle's refund policy and Paddle's buyer terms. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under local law.

For installation, account, license, or product support, contact support@biggieboyaudio.com . Product support requests do not replace Paddle's refund request process for Paddle transactions.
License Access
If Paddle issues a refund for a product purchase, access to the refunded product will cease.
