These Terms of Service are between you and Biggie Boy Audio LLC ("Biggie Boy Audio," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of Biggie Boy Audio websites, accounts, downloads, licenses, and software products. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Products and Licenses

Biggie Boy Audio LLC sells downloadable audio software and related digital products. A purchase grants you a license to use the software according to the license terms provided with the product. You do not receive ownership of the software itself.

You may not redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse Biggie Boy Audio software except where permitted by applicable law.

Product licenses, downloads, activations, and account access may be limited, suspended, or disabled if a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed as fraudulent, or used in a way that violates these terms or the applicable license terms.

Accounts and Access

Some downloads, licenses, and support workflows may require an account. You are responsible for using accurate account information and keeping access to your email secure.

Payments

Checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, and payment receipts may be handled by Paddle or another payment provider. Product access is fulfilled after payment confirmation is received.

Refunds

Refund information is available in our Refund Policy.

If Paddle or another payment provider approves a refund, payment reversal, or chargeback for a product, the license and related access for that product may stop working. This includes downloads, license keys, activations, and future license validation for the refunded or reversed purchase.

Availability

We work to keep the website, account system, downloads, and support services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, products, and services may change over time.

Products and services are provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. Biggie Boy Audio LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or software.
